The WIN Program at Mt. San Antonio College provides Academic Support Services for Mt. SAC Student-Athletes. Mt. SAC is committed to the academic development and success of student-athletes. The WIN Program Center is the result of the collaboration between the Mt. SAC Faculty and Administration. Student-Athletes have access to free tutoring, computer labs and additional acadmeic support services. The goal of the WIN program is to provide students an environment in which they can pursue academic success through interaction with tutors, utilization of resources, and staff support.

Erica Ledezma serves the Mt. SAC Student-Athletes as the WIN Program Supervisor and Instructor. A former Mt. SAC Student-Athlete, she was a member of the 1995 Women’s Soccer State Championship Team.
Ledesma received her Bachelors Degree in Pedagogy, from Cal Poly Pomona. At Cal Poly Pomona, she was a standout member of the Women’s Soccer Team, earning All-Conference Honors (1997) and All-American Honors (1998).
After Cal Poly, Ledesma returned back to Mt. SAC as an employee and helped establish the Student-Athlete Study Hall, which is now known as the WIN Program. The WIN Program Provides support services for all students, helping them achieve excellence in academics.
Erica is a devoted mother to her teenage son Christopher and in her spare time enjoys watching movies and traveling.
